ROUNDTABLE EVENTS

Thank you for your interest in participating in DCI Roundtables! 

DCI began our conversations in January 2018 with a roundtable series on contact centers.  Based on the positive feedback of the environment from both government and industry, we are starting a new three roundtable series on Reimagining Citizen Services in 2025.

 

This series will be for senior leaders who are interested in brainstorming the future of citizen services, what it will take to move the government in that direction, and how the customer experience, digital services and information technology communities can collaborate to achieve these goals.  Below  you will find the full details of the three roundtables being offered.
